I started learning the building trade as a child, watching my parents renovating several properties. I then followed my Italian roots in stone sculpture, developing a sharp eye for the finer detail.
 
About 25 years ago after renovating my home, I found myself inundated with requests to redesign and update people's homes, which I greatly enjoyed and found a talent for, so later decided to complete my skill set by going to college and gaining my plumbing and other relevant qualifications.
 
I have a wealth of experience in knowing the correct way to do things, and being wise to spot traps that can catch us all out. I understand the whole picture of building a home from its foundation to its completion and have practised this all my life in various styles. But I focus on Bathrooms as I can combine all my skills in one place and get a really nice finish in the final detail of stone/tilework combined with the metalwork of a bathroom, which I find immensely rewarding.

 

I’m well-seasoned in translating the various building regulations and bylaws needed in the many aspects of my work and enjoy the knowledge.

Like most things, 60 to 70% of my work is in the prep work. I believe a good job is all in the prep work. Not just the finished surface.
